Mandarin Oriental New York

Tracy Lonsdale

I just returned from a fam trip to New York where I was hosted by the absolutely gorgeous Mandarin Oriental hotel. The hotel is very warm and welcoming especially when dealing with the frigid New York cold outside. I was immediately taken a back by the stunning view of central park from the hotel. As the hotel sits on the 35th-54th floors of the Time Warner center the view is birds eye, and breathtaking.

The building has everything to offer, from top of line shopping to Michelin starred restaurant’s, you don’t ever have to go outside. However, if you do choose to go outside you are just a 10 minute walk from time square and steps from central park where you can jump on a horse drawn carriage or rent a bike.

I saw all the rooms categories in the hotel and, every room has something special to offer. Whether it be a view of the park or the Hudson river or a sunken bath and waterfall shower, you will not be disappointed. The suites are made to feel like a New York apartment, and every single one is stunning. I would have moved in, in a second.

The spa at the Mandarin Oriental was something like I had never experienced before. Tranquil aromas, zen treatment rooms all with the same amazing views of the city-that-never-sleeps. My facial was so relaxing, I fell asleep twice!

I definitely recommend a trip to the Mandarin Oriental. You will feel like New York royalty. For more information please check out the link below.
